SMB Law Incorporated is a community based general practice law firm serving the St. Margaret’s Bay Area and surrounding communities for over 8 years.  We recently moved our offices to the new Head of the Bay Professional Centre and we are enjoying our new found home. 

Our firm is comprised of Owner/Lawyer, Jennifer L. Schofield, Associate Lawyer, Claire C. Sykora, and paralegal/office manager, Kelly “Henneberry” Mattinson.

We feel that it is important to meet the needs of our community and therefore we try to make our schedules as flexible as possible by offering evening appointments, alternate meeting places and house calls to accommodate those who are unable to come to us.  Our new location is wheel chair accessible and we place an emphasis on providing affordable legal services to our clients.

We practice in a wide range of areas, specifically Property/Real Estate, Land Migration, Family Law (including child protection matters and NS Legal Aid Certificates), Wills and Estates, and Corporate Commercial.
