Nestled between Halifax and Lunenburg along the Bluenose Coast, visitors have been flocking to our area for years to enjoy the great things that the St. Margaret's Bay Area has to offer. Here we have the rugged natural beauty of Peggy’s Cove and, just a short ride along the coast, the fine sandy beaches of Queensland. Reflecting the nature of our area, our Chamber members provide residents and visitors alike with a friendlier and more personal level of service – all at a gentler pace. Created in support of our local businesses, and with the communities’ wellbeing at heart, our members EAT, SHOP and SUPPORT LOCAL.

Executive introduced a new Director - Janice Naugler. Welcome aboard!!
New committees were formed and introduced (see Committees in Main Menu). The newer committees created represent a shift in the Chamber's focus to provide more concentration and support for our local businesses.
With the new focus on 'business' the new committees need help to succeed - VOLUNTEER
Those present heard testimonials about the great service received from some of our local businesses. It turns our we're pretty good here in the Bay!!!!
A new initiative in support of the Bay, organized by the Stewardship with the help of the Chamber, to clean up some of the islands in the Bay was introduced. Once a month a trip will be organized to one of our island for a family event of cleaning debris, and a beach BBQ - more details to follow.
